Privacy Policy

What we collect: business profile details, document data, payment metadata, account contact details, and WhatsApp messages (including voice notes you send while drafting documents).

Voice notes: when you send a voice note in chat, we transcribe it to process your request. With your use of the service, you agree we may store the audio recording and transcript for up to 365 days in secure cloud storage to improve our chatbot, troubleshoot errors, and build better document-drafting features. Recordings are linked to your account or phone number and are not sold to third parties.

Why: to run onboarding, generate documents, process subscriptions, provide support, and improve Zoleka's AI assistant.

Draft retention: if Terms are not accepted, onboarding data may be retained for up to 30 days, then automatically deleted.

Right to be forgotten: you can request full account deletion from Settings on the web dashboard. After a 30-day grace period (during which you may cancel), all company data, documents, and login access are permanently removed.

Marketplace ratings: if you hire a business through Zoleka, that business can rate you after the job (a score from 1 to 5 and short tags). We use ratings to keep the marketplace safe and fair. Other businesses see only your score once you have enough ratings, plus positive tags; negative tags and written notes stay with Zoleka. You can see your own rating, ask us to review one, or ask us to delete your data, which removes your ratings too.

Sharing: we share data only with service providers needed to run Zoleka (e.g., hosting, messaging, payments).

Security: we apply reasonable technical and operational safeguards to protect your data.
